Your pass is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. You can use it to join any qualifying event within that period.

Yes. You can reschedule to another event within your validity period if you request it at least 24 hours before the event starts, after this period, the credit is considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled..

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Once you have booked a session, that credit is considered consumed.

After you confirm your desired sessions, Luma platform will email you the event confirmation and access link (all events are VIRTUAL.).
